Myself, Kinshook Chaturvedi, son of Sh Fanindra Kumar Chaturvedi & Late Smt Vibha Chaturvedi. My ascentral village is Pinahat and gotra is Dhaumya. I was born in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh where my initial schooling Nur-KG was done. I am married to Smt Varsha Chaturvedi and have 2 sons Sh Keshav Chaturvedi & Sh Yakshit Chaturvedi. I have a younger brother Sh Ankur Chaturvedi, who is now based in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States with his wife Smt Akansha Chaturvedi and son Sh Ansh Chaturvedi.

Because of transfer of my father in Lucknow, we moved in our won house (1/63, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow, U.P.) and I completed Class 1-5 studies in Rani Laxmi Bai Memorial School. After that I completed class 6-12 in Mahanager Boys' Inter College in Lucknow. I have passed my 10th and 12th UP Board examinations in 1996 & 1998 respectively in First Class Honors. Thereafter, I was selected in prestigious IIT-JEE and completed B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering in the years 1998-2002. 

After completing my studies, I joined Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limted as Assistant Manager (Jr Executive) in 2004 and have been working in executive capacity in the company since then. I am presently working as Joint General Manager / Signal & Telecom. During my working years in the company, I also completed MBA (Finance) from prestigious Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi in the years 2009-12.

I have experience in maintenance of Signal & Train Control System provided by M/s Alstom Transport, M/s Siemens Transportation, M/s Bombardier Transportation (now acquired by M/s Alstom), M/s Nippon & M/s Hitachi Rail Signalling and Transportation Systems in various lines of Delih Metro Rail Corporation Limited & Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited. I have experience in maintenance of Platform Screen Door Systems provided by M/s Faiveley Transport (acquired by M/s Wabtec, USA)& M/s Pioneer Fangda Consortium. I also have experience in maintenance of Uninterrupted Power Supply system provided by M/s Emerson (M/s Vertiv) & M/s Delta. I have experience in project management and was member of team responsible for design, installation, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Signal & Train Control system provided by M/s Alstom in Shahdara-Rithala (Line 1) & Central Secretariat to Vishwavidyalay (Line 2). 

We,  in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited,  have implemeted various Grades of Automation (GOA) levels and have upgraded from Automatic Train Protection (ATP) system to Automatic Train Operation (ATO) system and now we are in process of implementation of Driverless Train Operation (DTO) system and Unattended Train Operation (UTO) system in new lines of the company. We are also undertaking various external projects in India and abroad. We have also been providing consultancy services and training delegates / trainees  in various aspects of engineering, operations and management of Metro Railways system in Delhi Metro Rail Academy. 

I have been associated with Shri Mathur Chaturvedi Mahaparishad and Chaturvedi Business Network and found discussions in these groups quite interesting. A lot of social activities are presently happening digitally in form of Whatsapp groups, online meetings, Youtube channels etc. There are offline events e.g. Holi Milan, Chaturvedi Meetings etc which are quite commendable.

I hope with my qualification and experience, I will be able to contribute to progress of Chaturvedi fraternity in a meaningful way and hope that community members will coodinate in meaningful ways and achieve great accomplishments.
