Mr Vinod Chaturvedi appointed New Chief Human Resource Officer at Shree Cement
The company announced the appointment of Vinod Chaturvedi as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). In his new role, Chaturvedi will lead the company's human resource strategies, driving organizational growth and team development.
With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations (ER), Chaturvedi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the position. His career has spanned various leadership roles in industries such as manufacturing, telecom, stainless steel, viscose filament yarn (VFY), spun-dyed fiber (SFD), and sponge iron.
Chaturvedi has successfully handled strategic, tactical, and operational HR roles, managing employee relations, change management, mergers and acquisitions, organizational redesign, and cultural integration across both manufacturing and service sectors at corporate and plant levels.
From 1992 to 1995, Chaturvedi was with Sri Cement and later held significant positions at Virat Steel, Reliance Communications, and the Aditya Birla Group. Most recently, he served as the CHRO at Century Group with the Aditya Birla Group.
Chaturvedi holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Industrial Relations, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a postgraduate degree in Psychology. His extensive experience and educational background make him a valuable addition to the company's leadership team.
